How long will my delivery take?

Shipping terms

- If the purchase is made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the shipment will be processed on the first working day after the day the order is placed.

- The estimated time for the order delivery is the one we have mentioned in the previous section. Given the fact that this period could be extended due to any handling issues, you will be notified as soon as possible.

- All items are subject to the availability of our online store. Should we not be able to send you a product, we reserve the right to notify you by e-mail. We will refund the amount corresponding to the item/s that we are unable to send you.

- During sales and/or peak activity periods, delivery times may vary.

- Pedidos realizados a las Islas Canarias y envíos internacionales: el cliente será el único responsable de los gastos adicionales que dicho envío pueda generar, tales como, los gastos de aduanas o el impuesto correspondiente.

Where can I receive my purchase?

Your purchase will be sent to the delivery address you indicate in your shipping details.
The delivery address may be different from the buyer's address, for instance if you are sending a present, want receive the order at your workplace or if you are out of your usual residence.
Delivery is also available at a post office, provided that the shipping address is within Spain.

- PICK UP AT POST OFFICE

Choose a post office as the pick-up point for your order. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we will notify you by sms so that you can pick it up. You don't need to wait at home, choose a post office that suits you and go to collect your purchase when you want (remember to bring your id/passport).

To be able to choose a collection point you must first fill in the billing address and we will locate the options closest to you using your post code. It's simple and convenient!

How much are the shipping costs?

It depends on the order amount and the destination:

And the shipping company we use

For shipments within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, we use Correos Express. When your order is on its way, you will receive an SMS informing you that the delivery will take place in approximately 24 hours.

For shipments to Portugal, we work with the shipping company Correos Express.

For shipments to the Canary Islands we use Correos.

For international shipments we use DHL.

How can I track my shipment?

If you were logged in when you placed your order, you can enter your account, access your order and see its status.

If you placed your order as a guest, please contact us by sending an email to info@gisela.com, by chat or by calling (+34) 951 55 55 10 Monday to Friday from 08:00h to 16:00h CET.

What payment methods are available?

At the Gisela online store you can make payment with different methods depending on the destination.

For shipments within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

- Credit card
- Paypal
- Cash on delivery → the option of payment on delivery, involves an additional cost of €1.

For shipments to the Portugal:

- Multibanco

For shipments to the Canary Islands and international shipments:
