The website www.gisela.com is provided for information purposes in relation to the activity carried out by DISEñO Y FANTASIA S.L., hereinafter known as GISELA.
This website is an internet sales channel for corsetry, lingerie, bedding and towels. The user of the website, when accessing and browsing it, must use it in accordance with the current legislation, the conditions set out in this legal notice, morals and generally accepted principles of conduct and public order.
The user shall be liable to GISELA and/or third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.

B.1) Introduction
The purpose of this document is to establish and regulate the rules of use as well as the safeguarding of the data of the Site www.gisela.com, where the Site means all the pages and their contents, property of Diseño y Fantasia S.L., hereinafter (GISELA), which is accessed through the domain www.gisela.com.
The use of this page, as well as the services it offers, will imply full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions contained in this Legal Information; users should therefore be aware of the importance of reading them each time they visit the Site. Accessing this Site implies knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions, which is why GISELA recommends users to print them or download them and read them every time they access the Site.
These general contracting conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out on our virtual store Read carefully these Terms of Purchase and our Privacy Policy before placing an order. If you do not agree with all the terms of purchase and the privacy policy, you should not place an order.

B.5) Contents and information provided on the website
The language used by gisela on the website will be spanish, without prejudice to the use of other languages, national or regional. GISELA will not be held responsible for the user's failure to understand the terms of the website or its consequences.
GISELA reserves the right to modify the commercial offer displayed on the website (modifications to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. GISELA makes every effort within its means to offer the information on the website completely, truthfully and without typographical errors. Should there be any error of this type, which is beyond the control of GISELA, we will immediately correct it.

There are several ways to send us your order:

Once the order is completed, i.e. with the acceptance of the general conditions of contract and the confirmation of the purchase process, www.gisela.com will always email the customer confirming the details of the purchase made (please check the spam folder if the confirmation email does not arrive)
B.7) Prices
All prices of the products displayed on the website include VAT and any other taxes that may apply However, these prices do not include shipping costs for the products, which are detailed separately and must be accepted by the customer.
B.8) Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) which will be added when applicable.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union are subject to VAT. Purchases to be delivered to countries that are not members of the European Union, or the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.
B.9) Method of payment and shipping costs
The user agrees to pay when the order is placed (except for "cash on delivery"). The applicable shipping fees will be added to the initial price shown on the website for each of the products offered. In any case, these rates will be previously communicated to the customer before completing the purchase.
If the order is placed by logging in, the receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the purchase order will be available and can be viewed on www.gisela.com in the section "My account" in "ORDERS AND RETURNS". If you are a guest, the receipt or proof of purchase will be the delivery note included in the package
The customer can pay the amount of his order by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron and/or other similar cards), via PayPal or cash on delivery.
The customer must notify Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, in the shortest time possible for Diseño y Fantasía S.L (GISELA) to take the appropriate steps.
Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) works with the payment platforms of La Caixa and PayPal, which have the maximum security measures commercially available in the industry. In addition, the payment process of these platforms works within a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only readable by the user's computer and the payment platform, thus, when using the SSL protocol the following is guaranteed:
1. That the user is communicating the data to the server of La Caixa or PayPal and not to any other system who tries to pass itself off as these

Also, Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) declares that it does not have access to confidential data related to the means of payment used. Only "La Caixa" (Sermepa) and PayPal have access to these data in order to manage payments and charges and that they are inaccessible to other third parties.

B.10) Shipping and product delivery
Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) promises to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the user on the order form and, in any case, must be within the Peninsula and Balearic Islands. In order to optimize the delivery, please specify an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address you indicate, provided that it is within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) or Portugal. This may be different from the buyer's address.
We can deliver to one of our Collection Points, you can choose a nearby shop as your collection point and you can pick up your package from there (long opening hours). When the package arrives at the shop, we notify you by SMS so that you can pick it up (remember to carry your ID). To be able to choose your Collection Point you must first fill in the shipping address, through your post code we will locate the best list of options
Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) will not be liable for errors caused in delivery when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not exist or has been omitted.
The delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days from the time of the purchase.
To receive further information, it is important to note that the procedure during this time is as follows: confirmation of order validity, preparation of orders and shipping via express courier (Correos Express). The day that the order is on its way, Correos Express will inform the customer by sending an SMS confirming the package departure from their warehouses and within 24 to 48 hours it should arrive at the address provided at the time of purchase.
If the customer has selected the "Collection Point" option, they will receive a notification on the day that the order is delivered at the selected establishment It will be kept there for 15 days. After this period if the customer has not picked it up, it will be returned automatically.
These timeframes are averages, and therefore an estimate. They might vary for logistical reasons or force majeure. In cases of delays in deliveries, Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) will inform its clients as soon as possible.
Each delivery is considered completed from the moment the transport company makes the product available to the customer, which will appear on the control system used by the transport company.
In the case of delays in the delivery of orders where Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) is at fault, the customer may cancel their order following the procedure described in the section "Returns Procedure". If the order has been made available to the customer by the transport company within the agreed time and could not be delivered for reasons DUE to the customer, this shall not be considered a delay in delivery.
In the same SMS informing that the product has left the warehouses of Correos Express, the shipping number and customer service number of the transport company responsible for delivery are provided, so that, should there be any delivery problems, the customer can contact them directly.
If at the time of delivery the customer is absent, the carrier will leave a delivery notice indicating how to proceed to collect the package. Three SMS will be sent to the customer informing where and how they can pick up their package to make sure that delivery does take place.
If after 15 working days after the shipping of the order the delivery has yet not been arranged, the package will be returned to the warehouses of Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) and the customer will incur the shipment and return costs, as well as of the possible associated handling charges. These costs will be deducted from the purchase amount of the returned merchandise which will be refunded.
If the reason for the failed delivery is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation and we will send a new order if all the products are available. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range between one and three weeks but if the lost package is not located and the garments can not be replaced, we will give the customer a full refund.
The customer must check the condition of the package in front of the carrier who, on behalf of Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA), has delivered the product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that can be detected in the packaging. If, later on, once the product has been checked, the customer detects any problems such as a knock, breakage, signs that the package has been opened or any damages caused by the shipment, they will notify Diseño y Fantasía S.L. of this. (GISELA) via email in the shortest possible time and within a maximum of 7 working from delivery.
B.11) Buyer's Rights and Returns Policy
Product availability
Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) inform its customers that, at the beginning of every collection, a certain number of units is reserved for online sales.
Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) will do everything possible to please all its customers in terms of product availability. However, sometimes, and due to circumstances outside the control of Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) such as human errors or problems with the computer system, the amount of available items is reduced and the sales won't therefore take place.
Should the product not be available after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by telephone or email of the total or partial cancellation of the order. The partial cancellation of the order due to lack of stock does not give the right to cancel the whole order. If as a result of this cancellation the customer wants to return the product, they must follow the instruction in the returns section.
Returns Policy and Product Warranty
Conditions to make a refund or a change
You have received your order and some of the garments do not suit you? Don't worry, here you will find all the information to refund or change your products. However, there are some conditions the product needs to meet:
• It must not be used.
• It cannot be damaged.
• The label must be on, it must be in its original packaging or a similar format.
• Accessories cannot be returned. For hygene reasons knickers can not be returned. Bikinis can be returned as the bottom has an adhesive hygiene strip.
• Products that come in a gift case must be returned with the case.
• Bra and knicker sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Returns and exchanges of items from the same order must be done at the same time, not separately.
• Bodies cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
In the event of tare or damage to the garment(s) purchased, you have 48 hours from receipt of the order to notify us via info@gisela.com, attaching a photo of the damage.
HOW CAN I MAKE A SIZE OR COLOR CHANGE?
- - Orders placed within the Peninsula, Portugal and Balearic Islands:
You can make your return here, or if you have an account log into your profile, access your account and go to the orders section, search for your order, click on the refund button, and select the item(s) you want to change. You can return your order at the post office or contact the courrier that will collect it. We will send you an email with information about the return and an attached label for you to print and stick onto your package. Once you receive the email, you have 5 days to submit your return. After this time, the label will no longer be valid and you will not be able to return the item(s). Once we receive your item(s) we check that everything is correct, we will send the new size or color.
- - Orders placed within the Canary Islands and International shippings:
No returns or exchanges of size or colour will be possible.

What is the deadline for a refund?
If you placed the order by logging into your profile, you need to access your account and search for your order in the "order and return section", search for your order, click on view order, and select the item(s) you want to change. You can return your order at the post office or contact the courrier that will collect it. We will send you an email with the return information and an attached label for you to print and stick to your package. Once you receive the email, you have 5 days to submit your return. After this time, the label will no longer be valid and you will not be able to return the item(s).
What is the time limit to return the garment or change the size?
You have up to 15 days to return the item(s), starting from the day you received them. How will I receive my refund?
Depending on the payment method you have used, we will refund you as follows:
• Card: you will receive a credit to the account associated with your card, which you can check in the Extract from it.
• Paypal: you will receive a subscription to your PayPal account.
• Cash on delivery: we will make a transfer to your bank account. During the return process we will ask you for some bank details (IBAN / BIC). If you place your order as a guest you must indicate in the email info@gisela.com your bank account number to be able to make the transfer corresponding to the return.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive the return and verify that everything is correct, we send an email with the arrival confirmation and within 4 to 8 days, you will receive the refund of the corresponding amount through the same method payment with which you made your purchase.
Keep in mind that the refund may take several days to appear reflected in your movements, since it depends on your bank and not on gisela.com
Order cancellation
www.gisela.com orders can be cancelled by telephone or by email. The customer can also make a cancellation by going to "my account" section and follow the return procedure.

Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA)'s client agrees at all times to provide accurate information on the data requested in the user registration or order forms and to keep them constantly updated. The client agrees to accept all the rules and regulations of these General Contracting Conditions, understanding that they reflect the best possible service for the type of activity carried out by Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA).

Sales made with Diseño y Fantasía S.L. (GISELA) are subject to Spanish legislation. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the applicable jurisdiction shall be that of the Courts or Tribunals of the seller.
